The boys did a fantastic job moving a pianola that was very heavy out of a difficult location and then round the garden and up steps and slopes.

It made them all sweat but they did it, professionally and with good humour!!

Well after a stressful move not made easy by the solicitor we are her and settled thanks to the team at B & G.

They were so helpful and accommodating in everything from start to finish.

After coming to load to driving to Bridlington to be told 29 miles away that we had to turn around and go back as the solicitor had made an error then the following day the move was back on.

The guys understood and fitted us in to do the move again.

Bashir and his team recently moved us from the East Midlands to Devon. On the day, they arrived on time and got straight to work. They were cheerful and professional and clearly take great pride and care in their work. At the other end they worked really hard to make sure everything was as we wanted. Communication was good throughout the whole process and we would have no hesitation in recommending BG.

Booked us in at short notice as my other moving company pulled out less than a week before the moving date. Turned up at our 4 bedroom house in Rugby on time and very quickly without any issues cleared the house. They put down mats on the carpets to keep them clean. Very friendly and understood how to move my 100 year old long case clock without damage. Took our chicken coops as well!!. Arrived at our new house in Belper ahead of schedule and I only had to direct which items were to go in the correct rooms. All very quick and organised. Everything arrived in the new house without damage. I well recommend.

We were moving from Leicestershire to Northumberland it was a three day job ,the team arrived on Thursday morning to load up, house and a lot of heavy workshop equipment .Nothing was too much trouble. They never stopped working .Friday morning they travelled up to Northumberland and unloaded…and returned back home on Saturday. All the team were polite .very pleasant .and lovely attitude. We highly recommend them, they are the best removal company we have ever used.

My property sold just prior to lockdown. My buyers lost theirs twice. Third time lucky! I started to pack lots of boxes just after lockdown. Labelled them all and sealed them. Filled a double garage. I did get rid of some things, honestly!!!!!

The lovely lads who came to put my things into storage were not fazed by what they saw. They went for a Covid safe walk around the property to ascertain what needed to go into storage and then proceeded to fill the crates. Sher ensured that all was stored safely.?????????Main man!

I needed to move home very suddenly and very quickly. BG removals responded to my enquiry straight away and were available at all times to help with all my questions. Amazing moving company that helped us move 2 weeks ago and gave us a great peace of mind throughout the whole process.

As I am 8 months pregnant we needed the packing service as well: they came 1 day prior to the actual moving date to pack everything and discuss what needs disassembling/reassembling the next day. They were very helpful, informative and kind, and when we arrived to the new place they were already there waiting for access, then moved us in in about 3 hours. They also made sure to protect all our possessions and everything in our new home. Cannot recommend the team and the company enough – thanks a lot again guys, you were GREAT!

We only moved a short distance (mile and a half) but BG Removals were no short on service. Had a pre move meet to allow what was a fair estimate to be made, which we accepted. On removal day, van and team of 3 arrived on time. Additional wardrobe boxes provided at no extra cost. Set about their work, taking care of our possessions as loading commenced. Soon they were on their way. At the new address boxes and chattels were placed in dedicated rooms without fuss. All in all a professional approach and no hesitation in recommending

Very impressed with the level of customer service from this company – unfortunately I couldn’t use them in the end as I exchanged a couple days before my move date and they were fully booked but they were very helpful and their advice was very much appreciated.

All three movers were very careful with getting my belongings out of storage and into my new home, much more so than the nationwide company that put them in storage to begin with! Very happy with the service and would use again.

Highly recommend, polite, efficient, turned up on time and looked after our belongings as if they were their own.

They were brilliant with moving our piano which was easily the piece of furniture we were most worried about transporting.

Not the cheapest quote we had, but definitely the most realistic one if you want people who will work efficiently whilst taking care of your goods.

One thing to mention, I did not pay the late key charge and even though the keys were released at 9.30am I was charged for late release of keys

We have a lot of books, and quite a bit of other stuff. I listed it via their website and got a quote back very quickly. We also had a long walk from the old flat to the nearest place to park. We booked BG Removals to pack and move for us.

The team arrived early – always better than late in a team of packers – and everything was packed in about 4.5 hours. Last time we moved it took more like 3 days (different firm mind). There was much more care taken over our possessions and it felt like they all took pride in their work and wanted to make sure nothing was damaged in the move.

If we hadn’t moved so far away from Nottingham, we’d use them again.
